Job Summary

Digicraft is looking for a creative and motivated Female Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and help grow our clients' online presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
• Plan and schedule social media content.
• Create captions and basic marketing copy.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor.
• Reply to comments and direct messages professionally.
• Monitor social media trends and competitors.
• Generate monthly content calendars.
• Track performance and prepare simple reports.
• Assist in running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Female candidate (required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic AI tools (ChatGPT is a plus).
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
